For this reason we are unable to take face to face appointments with patients who have symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 infection or patients that have tested COVID positive within the last 4 weeks. Should you require an exception please call our clinic and our staff members will discuss your request with the GP.
Telephone Consultations are available for patients who wish to speak with a GP without a face to face appointment. Please call 9268 0133 for more information.

We are an appointments based clinic, however in any urgent cases we are happy to see you without an appointment. For walk-in patients, please expect longer waiting times and arrive at the clinic prior to 4:00pm (subject to doctor availability).

Direct Billing to Insurers (no Gap Fee) for medical consultations if you have a valid OSHC/OVC*.
OSHC- Medibank, BUPA, Allianz, NIB, AHM, CBHS
OVC – BUPA (Annual Limits apply for ‘Lite’ Covers), Allianz (Visitors Plus), NIB/IMAN (Budget Cover excluded)
*Please bring your insurance card and ID. If you do not have your card with you at the time of your appointment, you may be required to pay upfront at the clinic. A receipt will be provided at the end of the appointment for you to claim back with your insurer.

- Prevention and well being. We provide screening and prevention services to minimise the risk of future health problems. These services include ECG heart assessments, blood pressure tests, blood screenings, weight management and sleep studies.
- Skin cancer and surgery. We have a GP sub-specialising in skin cancer practice that offer a wide range of treatments.
- Women’s health. At Sydney CBD Medical Centre, we are very proud of our commitment to women’s health. We offer Cervical Screening Tests, breast exams, different contraceptive options and other vital services for women.
