The change to Private Billing is necessary to keep up with the costs of running a medical clinic, to retain our GPs and to continue serving our community.

Appointment Cancellations with less than 6 hours notice and patients that do not turn up for a scheduled appointment will be charged a $40 fee.
OTHER CHARGES
We will advise you the fee for any services that are not covered by Medicare/OSHC/OVC, these include, but are not limited to:
Recreational Scuba Diving Medical Assessments from $120
Commercial Drivers Licence Medical Examinations from $120
Pre-employment Medical Assessments from $180
Medical Assessments for Insurance Purposes from $180
*Please call to make an appointment for the above procedures and advise Reception in order for you to be allocated with the appropriate doctor.
**Fees may vary depending on the complexity of the procedure. Our doctors will be happy to discuss with you prior to the procedure.
Please note:
*A deposit will be charged upfront prior to your appointment with the doctor.
*Consultation fees are per visit. Follow up visits, such as review of results are considered a separate visit.
*Any additional services may incur additional fees (eg. ECG, Spirometry etc). This will be charged at the end of your appointment on top of the paid deposit.
*Some pathology tests may incur additional fees. Please check fees with the pathology collector.

OVC – BUPA (Annual Limits apply for ‘Lite’ Covers), Allianz (Visitors Plus), NIB/IMAN (Budget Cover excluded)
*Procedures/Services will incur additional fees including but not limited to: Cervical Screening Test ($30), Implanon Insertion/Removal ($30/$50), IUD Removal ($50), Skin Procedures (advised by GP), Iron Infusions ($60) etc.
**Please bring your insurance card and ID. If you do not have your card with you at the time of your appointment, you may be required to pay upfront at the clinic. A receipt will be provided at the end of the appointment for you to claim back with your insurer.
WorkCover/CTP Claims
All WorkCover or CTP claims require upfront payment at the time of consultation.
A receipt will be provided to claim from your employer/WorkCover Insurers.
